Call Detail Report Information

This IVR report provides complete call detail information sorted by date and time the call was initiated by the caller. This report includes information such as phone number, duration of call, etc. The following information is included in this report:

  • Date - Date call was initiated by caller.
  • Time - Time of day call was initiated.
  • Phone Number - Caller's phone number (from ANI).
  • Status - Resolution of call (customer per IVR).
  • Call Length - Length of each call in minutes.
  • Transfer length - Length of time a call was in transfer.
