- Campaign - Usually identified by calling program.
- Lead Source - Lead source of phone call.
- Date - Date phone call was delivered or attempted.
- Time - Time of day when call was sent.
- Phone Number - Phone number that was called or attempted.
- Status - Final call status (busy signal, person, etc).
- Call Attempts - Number of times the number was called before a successful call completion.
