Call Summary Report Information

This voice broadcast report provides several similar displays and graphical counts that summarize a calling campaign during a designated time period. The following information is included in this report:

Record Status Report and Graph

  • Record Status - Different call status results (Person, Busy, etc).
  • Record Count - Total number of calls for each status.
  • % of Calls - Percentage of number of calls in each status versus total calls.
  • Connect Time - Total elapsed time in minutes for each particular call status.
  • % of Time - Percentage of time spent in each status versus total time.
