DSC provides its clients with both an affordable and expandable call center phone system. This modern call center phone system is designed and integrated with a Windows PC and computer telephony boards from Dialogic.
Database Systems has developed a comprehensive suite of call center software products. When combined with our phone systems, these products can perform both inbound call distribution as well as outbound message broadcasting campaigns.
For our entry level clients, we provide the WIZARD phone system. This affordable call center phone system supports up to 48 analog phone lines.
For our larger call center customer who requires more lines to process inbound and outbound calls, we have developed the PACER call center phone system. This robust call center phone system can process calls using hundreds of digital phone lines.

TELEMATION is our award winning Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application employed in a wide variety of organizations including call centers, help desks, customer service centers, service bureaus, reservation centers and corporate data centers.
This CRM call center software has extensive computer telephony features and is fully integrated with our call center phone systems. TELEMATION operates on Linux, Unix or Windows servers. Application programmers can design call center campaigns quickly using the robust features found in the Telemation toolkit.
