Automatic Call Distribution Systems
Included with our call center phone system is a sophisticated ACD (automatic call distribution) and call routing feature. This full featured call distribution system intelligently routes phone calls based upon called number, caller ID, time of day and other custom criteria.
Calls can be processed in the order in which the calls are received using our automated call distribution system or based upon other business rules. These calls can then be processed using our IVR software or transferred to a phone representative. Phone agents can be local (connected directly to the phone system) or remote, working from various offices or from home.
